AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2075 - Described as all of.Block 1, Rapley
Estate, according to the Subdivision of the E�i NWT East of Quapaw Line
in Section 14, Township 1 North, Range 12 West - except that part of
said tract which is described as follows: Beginning at the northeast
corner of said Lot 1 and run thence west 396.8 feet, thence south to a
point on the south line of said Lot 406.4 feet west of the southeast
corner of said lot; run thence east along the south line a' distance of
406.4 feet to the southeast corner of said lot, thence north to the
point of beginning, from "F" Commercial District to IIHtr Business
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2077 - Described as Lot 5, Block 3, T. B.
Martin *s Addition, from t'B" Residence District to "Cf' Two - family
District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2076 - Described as Lot 16, Block 1, Strong
and Waters Addition, from "D" Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2079 - Described as a tract of land in the SEA
of Section 3, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast
corner of Section 3, Township 1 North; Range 13 West; thence north 89
degrees 14 minutes 42 seconds west along the south line of Section 3,
1346.86 feet; thence north 0 degrees, 12 minutes 10 seconds east 183.77
feet to the center line of 12th Street and the point of beginning; thence
along a curve to the left having a chord bearing and distance of south
81 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds west 398.00 feet; thence north 0 degrees
04 minutes 00 seconds east 1,202.45 feet; thence south 89 degrees 51
minutes 00 seconds east 396.00 feet; thence south 0 degrees 12 minutes
10 seconds west 1,139.70 feet to the point of beginning; containing 10.606
acres more or less, from "A'' One - family District to ItC" Two - family District.

Subsection (e) - Z -2078 - Described as Lot 10, Bloch 8, Ruebel &
Leymer Addition, from "B" Residence District to "I" Industrial District.
Subsection (f) - Z -2006 - Described as all of that part of Lots
71 8, Block 21, Bellevue Addition lying south of Highway No. 10 and the
North 30 feet of former "Ell Street, lying south of Lots 7 and 8, and
all that part of the Eh Sk NWh SE4 Section 26, Township 2 North, Range
13 West, lying south of Highway No. 10, from "All One - family District
to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
