AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A COMMISSIONER TO FILL A
VACANCY ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF STREET IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 624 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, five owners of real property located in Street Improve-
ment District No. 624 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have petitioned the
Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to fill a
vacancy on said Board of Commissioners created as the result of
Commissioner F. J. Menz resigning from said Board; and
WHEREAS, said petitioners have recommended the appointment of
Austin McCaskill, a property owner in said District, to fill said
vacancy; and
WHEREAS, a certificate of Beach Abstract and Guaranty Company
is attached to said petition corroborating the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Austin McCaskill is hereby appointed a Commissioner
of Street Improvement District No. 624 of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
