AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 8623 ASHER AVENUE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1921 Described as part of the SE4 SW4 04 NV 14 Section 23,
Township .1 North, Range 13 West, mope particularly described as follows:
Commence at the southwest corner of said SE4 SMt4 NE1,4 N1+l4; thence North 90
degrees East 128.2 feet to the point of beginning of property described
herein; thence East 200 feet; thence North 258.8 feet to the South right-
of-way line of Asher Avenue; thence westerly along the South right -of -way
line of Asher Avenue 200 feet; thence South 244.5 feet to the point of
beginning. From: "C" -two - family District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
