AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) Z -2060 - Described as Lot 9, Block 13, Mountain Park
Addition - From: "A"- One - family District To: I'E -111 Quiet Business District
And Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 13, Mountain Park Addition - From 'All -One
family District To: 'IF "- Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2063 - Described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Plateau Addi-
tion - from: "CII- Two - family District To: 110111' - ,:apartment District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2071 - Described as Lots 1 through 6, Block 6, Ruebel
& Leymer Addition - From: i'B:ii -One- family District To: "I" -Light Industrial
District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2068 - Described as Lot 1 and North One -Half (N2)
of Lot 2, Block 7, Fulton's Addition to the City of Little Rock - From:
"D "- Apartment District To: I'E -1" Quiet Business District
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
