AN ORDINANCE EMPLOYING WESLEY ADAMS TO
APPRAISE CERTAIN PROPERTY OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE bSED FOR PARK PUR-
POSES AND TO BE KNOWN AS "SOUTH END
PARK" APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $400.00
FROM THE 1965 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT CON-
STRUCTION FUND TO PROJECT 65 -P -86; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Wesley Adams is hereby employed as
an Appraiser for the purpose of appraising certain prop-
erties purposed for use as the "South End Park" in the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from
the 1965 Capital Improvement Construction Fund the sum of
Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) to Project 65 -P -86 to be
used for the payment of the appraisal fee due Wesley Adams
for services rendered as provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
