AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$12800.00 FROM THE STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY
FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING PARCEL
NO. 267 FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY PURPOSES IN THE
EAST -WEST EXPRESSWAY; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum
of One Thousand and Eight Hundred Dollars ($1,800.00) from
the Street Right -of -Way Fund to be used in addition to and
together with the appropriations contained in Ordinances
No. 11,853 and No. 11,634 for the purpose of purchasing
Parcel No. 267 same being needed as right -of -way for the
East -West Expressway.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and the Director of
Finance are hereby authorized and directed to pay the above
appropriation in addition to and together with the sums
appropriated by Ordinances No. 11,853 and No. 11,634 for
the said Parcel No. 267 to the person or persons entitled
thereto according to the opinion of the City Attorney so
as to vest full legal title to the Parcel in the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
