AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 112388, AS AMENDED, SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE
ADOPTING THE FIRST COMPONENT OF THE COMMUNITY
FACILITIES PLAN RELATING TO PARKS, PLAYGROUNDS,
AND RECREATIONAL AREAS; REDESIGNATING MAPS AND
CHARTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 or Ordinance 11,388, as
amended, same being an Ordinance adopting the first com-
ponent of the Community Facilities Plan for the Little

Rock Planning Area is hereby amended as follows:

"Sec. 2. Adoption of the Plan.

There is hereby adopted as the first
component of the Community Facilities Plan

for the Little Rock Planning Area and as
part of the Little Rock Municipal Plan shown
ra
on a map and chart bearing the title 'Parks,

Playgrounds and Recreational Areas of the
W
Little Rock Planning Area', and identified
as map A -4 and chart 4 -A and further ident-
ified by the signature of the chairman of
the Little Rock Planning Commission, duly
attested by the Secretary of the said Comm-
ission and by the signature of the Mayor,
duly attested by the City Clerk, which map
and chart are dated March 15, 1967 and are
on file in the office of Community Develop-
ment, City Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas,
and in the office of the Planning Commission
of the City of Little Rock and in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock#
Said map and chart and all explanatory matter
thereon are hereby adopted and made a part
of this Ordinance as fully as if described
herein at length.
Said map and chart, together with
such maps, charts, documents, ordinances
or orders as may from time to time be prepared
and adopted, all pursuant to Act 186 of 1957
of the General - 'Assembly of the State of Arkansas,
shall be known and may be cited as the Parks,
Playgrounds, and Recreational Areas Plan of the
Little Rock Planning Area."

SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, together
with the map and chart referred to herein, shall be filed
in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
as required by Act 186 of 1957 of the General Assembly
of the State of Arkansas.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
