AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2061 - Described as Lots 8 and 9, and the East 10
feet of Lot 1, and the North 5 feet of the East 10 feet of Lot 2, and the
North 5 feet of the west 40 feet of Lot 7, in Block 217, Original City.
From: "CI'- Two - Family District To: "D"- Apartment District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2057 - Described as Lot 5, Block 15, Bellevue
Addition - From: "C"- Two - family district To: "E -1" Quiet Business District
Subsection (c) - Z -2058 - Described as Lots 7 and 8, Block 15, Bellevue
Addition - From: "CI'- Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District

Subsection (e) - Z -2055 - Described as part of the NE'4 SW-4 SE'4 SW-4 of
Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described
as: Beginning 250 feet south and 14 feet west of the northeast corner of
NE'4 SW-4- Sf4 SV4 Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, thence west 150 feet, thence south
50 feet, thence east 150 feet, thence north 50 feet to the point of beginning -

Subsection (f) - Z -2056 - Described as a part of the S2 NV-4 NV-4 Section
17, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said NE4 NW-4 Section 17, run
thence north 321.0 feet; thence west 750 feet; thence south 107.6 feet more
or less to the intersection with the north right -of -way line of the Fairgrounds
Spur Track; thence southeasterly along said north right-of-way line 526.96
feet more or less to the intersection with the south line of said NE4 NW4a
thence east 264.73 feet to the point of beginning and containing 4.2 acres

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
