ORDINANCE NO. 111853
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPRAISAL OF
A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN THE EAST -WEST
EXPRESSWAY TO BE USED FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY
PURPOSES; APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $12,250.00
FROM THE STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND; PROVIDING
FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to acquire certain parcels of land within the
contemplated East -West Expressway as hereinafter set forth and
identified by number. Each parcel shall be acquired for
the purchase price set forth opposite the parcel number, which
price represents the approved appraisal. The full legal
description of each parcel and the approved appraisal thereof
are now, and shall hereafter remain on file in the office of the
Real Estate Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The Parcel which the City Manager is
authorized to acquire and the approved appraisal and purchase
price thereof is as follows:

SECTION 3.
APPROVED APPRAISAL AND PURCHASE PRICE
$12,250,00
The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized to pay by warrant of the City the above
purchase price for the respective parcels to the person or persons
entitled thereto according to the opinion of the City Attorney
so as to vest full legal title to the parcel in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 4. There is hereby appropriated from the Street
Right -of -Way Fund the sum of $12,250.00 to be expended for the
purposes set forth in the above sections.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
