AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
,$`7,661.25 FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE
IN THE GENERAL FUND TO THE 1967 BUDGET
ACCOUNT "ZOO- 205 -8.01" (BUILDINGS)
(KIDDIE ZOO PROJECT); AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriaCed from the
unexpended balance in the General Fund to the 1967 Budget
Account "Zoo- 205 - 8.01" (Buildings) (Kiddie Zoo Project).
SECTION 2. The sum of the appropriation set forth
in Section 1 hereof was received by the City as a gift from the
Downtown Civitan Club conditioned that such funds would be used
toward improving and maintaining the Kiddie Loo in War Memorial
Park. On behalf of the citizens of this community the Board of
Directors takes great pleasure in acknowledging this gift and
at the same time expresses to all members of the Downtown Civitan
Club sincere appreciation.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
