BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
4 SECTION 1. Section 43 -6 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of

o Little Rods is hereby amandad to add Subsection (11) which shall read as

Accessory commercial uses are permitted in a multi -story

Quiet Business District, provided such uses are located entirely
within said structure to which they are an accessory, de not occupy

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
