AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS4 AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -541 - Described as the South 134 feet of Lots 1
and 2; and the South 200 feet of Lot 3; and the South 200 feet of Let 4,
Block 6, all in Banks Subdivision of Block 6 of Howard Adams Subdivision
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. From: '''A"- line - family District
To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1465 - Described as a Tract of land in the NW14 of
NNW14, Section 19, T -1•N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: Beginning at a point on the south line of the NWT NVk said
Section 190 South 89 degrees, 46 minutes east, 507 feet from the south-
west corner thereof; thence North 5 degrees 24 minutes east along a line
parallel with U. S. Highway 67 -70, a distance of 992.3 feet to a point;
thence South 44 degrees 18 minutes east, 131.35 feet to a point; thence
south 6 degrees 24 minutes west, 898.3 feet to a point on the South tine
of said NMI Nk; thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes west along said south
tine, 100.4 feet to the point of beginning containing 2.172 acres, more

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Maps' be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
