ORDINANCE NO. 11,808
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING WATER PIPE LINE IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 130 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of two-
thirds or more in assessed value of real property located
within the territory hereinafter described have filed a
petition praying that an improvement district be established
for the purpose hereinafter set out, and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the
Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
has heard all the parties desiring to be heard, and has
ascertained that said petition was signed by two - thirds
or more in assessed value of the owners of real property
within said territory; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the City of
Little Rock, County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to -wit:
All being in the NEh NW -, Section 35, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as: Beginning at the northeast corner of said NEh NW4,
Section 35; thence South along the east line thereof
to the southeast corner of said NEh NW -4, Section 35;
thence West along the south line thereof, 350.4 feet
to a point; thence N 330 20' E, 382.5 feet to a point;
thence Northwesterly 215 feet, more or less, to the
southernmost point of the William M. Dabbs and wife,
Lois G., property; thence N 640 10' W, 36.0 feet to a
point; thence N 60 46' W, 109.7 feet to a point; thence
N 80 51' E, 101.1 feet to a point; thence N 160 14' E,
108.3 feet to a point; thence in a Northwesterly direc-
tion along the normal high water line of Foreman Lake,
a distance of 30 feet, more or less, to the most souther-
ly point of the Herbert I. Foreman lands; thence across
the lake in a straight line to a point 460 feet south
of and 460 feet west of the northeast corner of said
NEh NW34,, Section 35; thence North 460 feet to a point
on the north line of said NE-4 NWT, Section 35; thence
East along the north line of said NE,4 NW14, Section 35,
460 feet to the point of beginning.

for the purpose of constructing within the district a water
pipe line distribution system to connect with the water
distribution system of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and to construct a water pipe line beyond the boundaries of
the water district, if necessary, to make the desired
connection with the water distribution system of Little
Rock, Arkansas; said water pipe line distribution system
to be constructed in the manner and of the materials that
the commissionersof the district shall deem for the best
interest of the district, and that the cost thereof be
assessed upon the real property above described according
to the benefits received.
Said district shall be known as "Water Pipe Line Improve-
ment District No. 130 of Little Rock, Arkansas," and
C. J. Curley W. M. Dabbs
and 0. L. Reed who are owners of real
property in said district are hereby named commissioners and
shall compose the Board of Improvement for said district.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
