AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 6425 LANCASTER ROAD IN THECITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z-1797 - Described as the West 200 feet of Tract 15, Leigh and Butler's
Acres Addition to the City of Little Rock - From: "E -11' Quiet Business
District to ' "F "- Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map " be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
