AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$757,925.00 FROM THE 1965 CAPITAL,
IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION BOND FUNDS
FOR THE PURPOSE OF WIDENING, PAVING
AND IMPROVING WEST 12TH STREET FROM
JONES STREET TO ROCK CREEK BRIDGE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Capital Improvement Construction Bond Funds the sum of
$757,925.00 to be used for paying the cost of widening, paving
and improving West 12th Street between Jones Street and
Rock Creek Bridge pursuant to contracts authorizing said
improvements.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
