AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE MONTHLY RENTAL
CHARGE FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC OFF- STREET PARKING
FACILITIES OWNED OR UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Rental charges for off - street vehicular
parking for the following identified municipally owned or
controlled public off - street parking lots shall be at the
rate of Seven and N01100 Dollars ($7.00) per month per space:
(A) City of Little Rock parking lots situated north
of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and between Main and Cumberland
Streets providing approximately 132 parking spaces.
(B) City of Little Rock parking lot situated between
Bridge Street and LaHarpe Blvd. and Main and Scott Streets under
the Main Street Bridge ramp providing approximately 15 parking
spaces.
SECTION 2. Rental charges for off - street vehicular
parking for the following identified municipally owned or con-
trolled public off - street parking lots shall be at the rate of
Nine and N01100 Dollars ($9.00) per month per space:
(A) City of Little Rock parking lot situated at the
end of North Scott Street providing approximately 5 parking spaces.
SECTION 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
