a.m. and six o'clock p.m. on Monday through Saturday, except on
Sundays and holidays, and only upon the deposit of a five -cent
coin of the United States for each fifteen minutes in a parking
meter located alongside such zone.
SECTION 3. Sub - section (2) of Section 39 -101 of the
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to be in words and form
as follows:
(2) No person shall park any vehicle in any thirty
minute parking zones located in parking meter zones, as the same
now exist or may hereafter be established, for more than thirty

SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of Section 39 -79 of the

hour at any time between the hours of eight o'clock a.m. and
six o'clock p.m. on Monday through Saturday, except on Sundays
and holidays, and only upon the deposit of a five -cent coin of
the United States for each thirty minutes or ten cents for one
hour in a parking meter located alongside such zone.
SECTION 5. Sub - section (2) of Section 39 -103 of the
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to be in words and form
as follows:
(2) No person shall park any vehicle in any two
hour parking zone located in parking meter zones, as the same
now exist or may hereafter be established, for more than two
hours at any time between the hours of eight o'clock a.m. and
six o'clock p.m. on Monday through Saturday, except on Sundays
and holidays, and only upon the deposit of a five -cent coin of
the United States for each thirty minutes or ten cents for each
hour or twenty cents for each two hours in a parking meter lo-
cated alongside such zone.
SECTION 6. Section 39 -104 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock is hereby amended to be in words and
form as follows:

Sec. 39 -104. Banking Zones; Fees.
Meters installed in banking zones shall be covered
during banking hours and uncovered for use at other times. The
banks shall be required to pay the City of Little Rock for the
metered zones during the time they are covered the total sum of
$150.00 per meter per year.
SECTION 7. Sections 1 and 6 hereof shall be in full
force and effect from and after January 1, 1969, and Sections
2, 3, 4 and 5 hereof shall be in full force and effect from and
after the passage of this Ordinance.
