AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THECITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2195- Described as the East Half of Lots 1,
2, and 3, Block 1, Retan's Addition - From: "C "- Two - family District To: "D"
Apartment District.
Subsection (b) Z -2202 - Described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 2,
Pulaski Heights Addition. From: "B"- Residence District to "D "-Apartment
District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2200 - Described as the East 465 feet of Lot 15,
of Subdivision of West Half of MN% Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 12 West.
From: "B "- Residence District and "C" -T%vo- family District To: "D" Apartment
District.
Subsection (d) Z -2197 - Described as the North Half of Lots 1 and 2,
and all of Lots 3 and 49 Henry Meirose Addition - From: "A "- One - family District
To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2192 - Described as all of Lots 3 and 4, and South
Half of Lot 2, Block 11, Ruebel and Leymer Addition. From: "A"-One-family
District To: "I" -Light Industrial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
