AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF
BUDGET ORDINANCE NO. 11,993 AS AMENDED,
SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE YEAR 1968, BY
MAKING TRANSFERS FROM SURPLUS ACCOUNTS TO
DEFICIr•_ACCOUNTS WHEREIN SET FORTH; AND..
FOR O'T'HER PURPOSES.
NOW, 'T'HEREFORE, BE I'T' ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CI'T'Y OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SEC'T'ION 1. In order to make monies available in
deficit accounts within the budget of the City of Little Rock
for the year 1968 there is hereby transferred from certain
accounts within the said budget to other accounts therein and
in the amounts as follows:

SECTION 2. The sections of Ordinance No. 11,993 and
all line items provided for in the budget set forth in said
Ordinance affected by the transfers provided for herein are
and shall be either increased or decreased based on whether
by this Ordinance a sum was transferred to an account or from
an account. The Director of Finance and City Manager are hereby
authorized and directed to extend the totals of said Ordinance
in keeping with the provisions of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
