AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM-OF
$73,819.36 FROM THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND FOR THE 12TH STR=
WIDENING PROJECT AND INDUSTRIAL AREA
FIRE STATION PARKING LOT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. A total of Seventy Three Thousand Eight Hundred
Nineteen and 36/100 Dollars ($73,819.36) is hereby appropriated from
the 1965 Improvement Construction Fund in the amounts and to the
projects set forth as follows:
Project 56 - West 12th Street Widening $62,633.36
Project 52 - Industrial area - Southwest $11,186.00
Fire Station
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
