AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $49455.00
FROM STREET CONSTRUCTION FUND TO DEFRAY THE
EXPENSE OF RELOCATION OF WESTERN UNION TELEGRAPH
COMPANY POLES IN THE BOND STREET DRAINAGE PROJECT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred
Fifty Five and N01100 Dollars ($4,455.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Street Construction Fund to be used for the payment
of cost of relocating Western Union Telegraph Company poles
necessary in the construction of the Stone Drainage Project
along Bond Street heretofore authorized by the Board of
Directors.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
