AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $20000.00
FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE STREET FUND
TO DEFRAY THE CITY'S SNARE OF THE COST OF A ROAD-
WAY CONSTRUCTED WITHIN ALLSOPP PARK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unexpended
balance of the Street Fund the sum of Two Thousand and Noj100
Dollars ($2,000.00) to be paid out in accordance with the provisions
of Resolution No. 3,384 of this Board of Directors to defray the
City's share of the cost of construction of a roadway within
Allsopp Parka
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
