ORDINANCE NO. 129089
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 601 NORTH OAK STREET IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LI'!TLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1, That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2183 - Described as Lots 6 and 70 and part of Lot 8, Block 5,
Auten and Moss Addition, more particulatly described as a tract described as
Lots 6 and 7, Block 5, Auten and Moss Addition, and a part of Lot 8, Block 5,
Auten and Moss Addition described as follows: Begin at southeast corner of
Lot 8, Block 5, Auten and Moss Addition, thence north to the northeast corner,
thence westerly to a point which is 19 feet north of southwest corner of Lot 8,
thence south 19 feet to said corner, thence east along south line of Lot 8 to
point of beginning. From: "F "- Commercial District To: "D"- Apartment District
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby appended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
