ORDINANCE NO, 129088
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2193 - Described as Lots 10, 11 and 12,
Block 2, Garland Addition. From: "C"-Two-family District To: "I" -Light
Industrial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2187 - Described as all of Lots 9, 10, 112
12, Block 4, and
the East
130.4 feet of Block 59
Park Addition, and the East
10 feet of Lot 4,
and all
of Lots 5 and 6, Block
14, !McDonald and Wheeler's
Addition. From: "C" -Two- family District To: "H"-Business District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2194 - Described as Lots 2 and 31, and fractional

26, thence south 89 degrees 0 minutes west along the south line of said.$10 NEB
30 feet to the point of beginning, thence continuing along south line of the Svh

Section 2, That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Dap" be, and it is
hereby amended to-the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval,
