AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING #1 HUNTIMION ROAD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2184 - Described as commencing at the center point of Section
26, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, thence north
37 degrees 0 minutes east 378 feet to a point; thence north 27 degrees
0 minutes west 387 feet to a point; thence north 89 degrees east 408 feet
to the southwesterly corner of Lot 117, Foxcroft Addition to the City of
Little Rock, thence north 55 degrees 44 minutes east along the southerly
line of said Lot 117, 144.6 feet to the westerly right -of -way line of
Huntington Road; thence south 44 degrees 35 minutes along the westerly right-
of-way line of Huntington Road, 75 feet to the point of beginning; thence
south 41 degrees 55 minutes west 146.8 feet to a point; thence north 41
degrees 00 minutes west 100 feet to a point; thence 182.5 feet to a point
on the westerly right- of-way of Huntington Road which point is south 71 degrees
06 minutes east 85 feet from the point of beginning; thence westerly 85 feet
along the westerly right -of -way line of Huntington Road to the point of begin-
ning. From: "A "- One - family District To: "C "- Two - family District.
Z -1840 - Described as a tract of land in SVh NA Section 26,
Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as starting at the southeast corner of S* NA Section 26,thence
south 89 degrees 0 minutes west along the south line of said SW% NE% 30 feet.
to the point of beginning, thence continuing along south line of the SA N*
130 feet to a point, thence north 3 degrees 56 minutes west 81.5 feet to a
point, thence north 89 degrees 0 minutes east 127.6 feet to a point on the
westerly right -of -way line of Foxcroft Road, thence south along said west
right-of-way line 80 feet more or less to the point of beginning. From:

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
