AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,000.00
FROM STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND TO PROJECT 1 -
EXPRESSWAY TO BE USED IN ADDITION TO THE SUM
HERETOFORE APPROPRIATED TO PURCHASE A PARCEL OF
LAND TO BE USED AS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR SAID EXPRESS-
WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. In addition to the sum of money provided for
by Ordinance No. 11,752 the sum of One Thousand and No /100 Dollars
($1,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Street Right-of-Way
Fund to Project 1 Expressway to be used for the purpose of purchas-
ing Parcel No. 1 of the Woodrow - 7th Street Project within said
Expressway Project.
SECTION 2. The approved appraisal price as provided for
by Ordinance No. 11,752 for said parcel herein identified is here-
by changed and increased by the amount of One Thousand and No /100
Dollars ($1,000.001 which is appropriated by Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed and pay the amounts appropriated by this
Ordinance and Ordinance No. 11,752 for the said parcel herein ident-
ified to the person or persons entitled thereto according to the
opinion of the City Attorney so as to vest full legal title to said
parcel in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
