AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPRAISAL, AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE PURCHASE OF A PARCEL OF LAND FOR HALL COVE
PARK; APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $10,000.00 FROM THE
1965 IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to acquire a certain parcel of land
within the proposed Hall Cove P -ark site in this City as hereinafter
set forth and identified by number. The said parcel shall be
acquired for the purchase price hereinafter set opposite the parcel
number, which in this instance, is the approved appraisal. The
full legal description and the approved appraisal price shall now
and hereafter remain on file in the office of the Real Estate
Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The parcel which the City Manager is hereby
authorized to acquire and the approved appraisal price is as follows:

SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to pay by warrant of the City the
above purchase price for the said parcel of land to the person or
persons entitled thereto according to the opinion of the City
Attorney so as to vest full legal title in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 4. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
Improvement Construction Fund to Project 90 - Hall Cove Park, the
sum of Ten Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($10,000.00) to be used for
the purchase of the parcel herein identified.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
