ORDINANCE NO. 129074
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2183 - Described as Lots 8, 17 and 18, Strong
and Water's Addition in Block 2 - From: "C" -Two- family and "D "- Apartment Districts
To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) Z -2182 - Described as part of Lot 15, Subdivision of
W12 of NV-4 of Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 12 West (sometimes known as R. D.
Plunkett and Howard Adams Subdivision) as recorded in Deed Book 75, Page 375 of the
Records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Commence at a point
10 feet north and 165 feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot 15, thence
run west 50 feet, thence run north 140 feet, more or less to the center line of
Lot 15, thence run east 50 feet, thence run south 140 feet more or less, to the
point of beginning, being a piece of land 50 feet east and west by 140 feet, more
or less, north and south, all in Lot 15, Subdivision of the Wz of NVh Section 6,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas - From: "B "- Residence District To: "C" -Two- family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2088 - Described as part of the NEh St4 NE14-,
Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the said
NEB S14 NFi, thence south 30.0 feet to a point (iron pin) on, the south right -of -way
line of West Markham Street; thence south 89 degrees 29 minutes 03 seconds west
703.27 feet along said right -of -way to a point; thence south 00 degrees 30 minutes
27 seconds east 10.00 feet to the point of commencement (conc.mon.) which is on
the south line of an additional 10.00 foot dedication along West Markham Street,
thence south 00 degrees 30 minutes 27 seconds east 233.72 feet to a point (conc.
mon.) on the north right -of -way line on Rodney Parham Road; thence south 63 degrees
01 minutes 57 seconds east along said right -of -way for 90.18 feet to a point; thence
north 00 degrees 30 minutes 27 seconds west for 275.33 feet to a point on the south
line of said additional 10 foot dedication along West Markham Street; thence south
89 degrees 29 minutes 03 seconds west along said additional 10 foot dedication for

80.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 20,362 square feet, more or
less. From: "C "- Two - family District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
