AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$33,240.00 FROM STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND
TO PROJECT 1 - EAST -WEST EXPRESSWAY TO
BE USED TOGETHER WITH FUNDS APPROPRIATED
BY ORDINANCE-NO. 113634 TO PURCHASE CER-
TAIN PARCELS OF PROPERTY-NEEDED AS RIGHT -
OF -WAY; AND FOR OTHER.-PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In addition to the funds appropriated
by Ordinance No. 11,634 for the respective parcels of property
hereinafter identified, there is hereby appropriated the sums
of money hereinafter set forth opposite parcel numbers an
aggregate of Three Thousand Two Hundred Forty and N01100
Dollars ($3,240.00) for the purchase of said properties to
be used as right -of -way in East -West Expressway. Said approp-
riations herein made, together with that provided for by
Ordinance No. 11,634 represents the full appraisal price of
said parcels, the full legal description of each of which are
now and shall hereinafter remain on file in the office of the
Real Estate Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The parcels which the City Manager is
au ,thorized to acquire and the approved additional appraisal
and purchase price thereof is as follows:

SECTION 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in
payment of the respective total purchase prices provided for
by this Ordinance and Ordinance No. 11,634 for the parcels
herein identified to the person or persons entitled thereto

according to the opinion of the City Attorney so as to vest
full legal title to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
