ORDINANCE NO. 121054
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART SECTION 1 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9815 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND
DEDICATING LANDS AND PARCELS OF LAND FOR
STREET RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES,-AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No.
9815 of the City of Little Rock accepting and dedicating lands
and parcels of land for street right of way purposes for La Harpe
Blvd. pertaining to description of such right of way in Block
256, Original City of Little Rock is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"BLOCK 256.
Beginning at the northeast corner of Block
256, Original City of Little Rock;
Thence South along the east line of Block
256, a distance of 90 feet
Thence west parallel to the north line of
Block 256, a distance of 34.5 feet to a point;
Thence along a 11 degree 05 minute 23 seconds
curve to the right to a point on the west line
of Lot 3, Block 256, said point being 76.9 feet
south of the north line of Block 256;
Thence run westerly to a point which is 61.3
feet south of and 100 feet east of the north-
west corner of Block 256;
Thence run westerly to a point which is 42.5
feet south of and 50 feet east of the north-
west corner of Block 256;
Thence run westerly to a point on the west
line of Block 256 which is 25.4 feet south
of northwest corner of said Block;
Thence run north along west line of Block 2560
a distance of 25.4 feet to the northwest corner
of Block 256;
Thence run east along the north line of Block
256 to the point of beginning, containing
20,771 square feet more or less ".

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
