AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $61625.00 FROM
THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE STREET
FUND FOR 1968 TO THE STREET DEPARTMENT
SALARY ACCOUNT AS PROVIDED FOR BY THE
1968 BUDGET,-AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the un-
appropriated balance of the street fund for 1968 the star of
Six Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Five and N01100 Dollars
$6,625.00) to the salary account of the street department
budget as provided for by Ordinance No. 11,993 same being
the budget ordinancefor the City of Little Rock for 1968.
SECTION 2. The appropriation provided for hereinabove
is to be used for the purpose of paying disability for Robert
Martin, a former employee of the street department for the
period beginning December 1, 19668 and ending December 31,
1968. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed
to change the budget accounts as provided for by Ordinance
No. 11,993 to reflect this transaction.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
