AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $10,745.00
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL
FUND FOR 1968 TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BUDGET
ACCOUNT NO. 6.09= AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK FOR 1968; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK., ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The slue of Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Forty
Five and N01100 Dollars ($10,745.00) is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund in the 1968
budget for the City of Little Rock to Community Development
Budget Account No. 6.09 to be used in satisfying the City's
financial responsibility to the Metropolitan Area Planning
Commission for 1968.
SECTION 2. The budget accounts in the 1968 budget of
the City of Little Rock as provided for by Ordinance No. 11,993
are hereby amended and changed to reflect the appropriations
provided for in Section 1 hereof and the Director of Finance
is hereby directed to cause said budget to be changed to reflect
this action.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
