AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,743.00
FROM STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND TO PROJECT 1 - Ex-
PRESSWAY FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY WITHIN THE EAST -WEST
EXPRESSWAY, TO BE USED IN ADDITION TO THE SUM
APPROPRIATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 11,6021 TO PURCHASE
PARCEL NO. 38 -G -95; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In addition to the sum heretofore appropri-
ated by Ordinance No. 11,602, the sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred
Forty Three and N01100 Dollars ($1,743.00) is hereby appropriated
from Street Right -Of -Way Fund to Project 1 - East -West Expressway
to be used for the purpose of purchasing Parcel No. 38 -G -95 within
the right -of -way for said project.
SECTION 2. The approved purchase price as provided for
in Ordinance No. 11,602 for Parcel No. 38 -G -95 within the right-
of-way for the East -West Expressway is hereby changed and increased
by the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Three and NO /100
Dollars ($1,743.00) which is appropriated in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to proceed and pay the total of the
amounts appropriated by this Ordinance and Ordinance No. 11,602
for the said parcel herein identified to the person or persons en-
titled thereto according to the opinion of the City Attorney so
as to vest full legal title to said parcel in the City of Little
Rock.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
