AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2168 - Described as the East 37.5 feet of the
South 19 feet of Lot 5, and the east 35.7 feet of Lot 6, Block 201, Original
City - From: "D "- Apartment District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District
Subsection (b) - Z -2169 - Described as Lot 7 and the south one -
half of Lot 8, Block 32, Centennial Addition. From: "C"- Two - family District
To: `•'D"- Apartment District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2166 - Described as a tract described as
beginning 66 feet south of the southeast corner of tract 1 of Block 7,
Jones and Worthen Addition; thence west 138 feet, thence south 54 feet, thence
east 138 feet, thence north 54 feet to the point of beginning. From: "B"-
Residence District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2164 - Described as Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
Block 7, Ferndale Addition. from: "B"- Residence District To: "HII- Business
District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2165 - Described as Lots 15 and 16, Block 6,
Reyburn and Wright's Addition - From: "C"- Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
Subsection (f) - Z -2167 - Described as east one -half of Block 61,
Taylor and Bodeman's Addition - From: "A"- One - family district To: "F "- Commercial
District.
Subsection (g) - Z -1762 - Described as starting at a point which
is the northeast corner of NV-L,, SE 4 Section 13, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence run
south 0 degrees 47 minutes east 414.7 feet to a point which is the point of
beginning of described tract; thence run westerly along a line parallel to
the north right -of -way line of Asher Avenue a distance of 699.6 feet to a
point on the east line of Schoolwood Subdivision, said point is 301.0 feet
north of the north line of Asher Avenue, thence South 0 degrees 52 minutes east
151.0 feet to a point; thence easterly along a line parallel to and 150 feet
north of the north right -of -way line of Asher Avenue, 699.0 feet to a point;
thence north 156.6 feet to point of beginning. From: "D "- Apartment District

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3• That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
