AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $712.00
FROM THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND
TO PROJECT 58 (65TH STREET) TO BE USED IN THE
PURCHASE OF A PARCEL OF LAND NEEDED FOR RIGHT -
OF-WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$712.00 from the 1965 Improvement Construction Fund to be used
for the purchase of a parcel of real property identified as
Parcel No. C65- S -58 -9E needed for right-of-way in the 65th Street
improvement project.
SECTION 2. The full legal description of the parcel of
property identified in Section 1 herein is now and shall remain
on file in the office of the Real Estate Department of the City
of Little Rock wherein is also identified the apparent record
owners of said property.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed with the acquisition of the parcel of
property hereinabove identified and cause the warrant of the
City of Little Rock to be issued in payment of said purchase
price to the person or persons entitled thereto according to
the opinion of the City Attorney so as to vest full legal title
to said parcel in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
