AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXERCISE OPTIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY IN PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, NEEDED AS RIGHT -OF -WAY
FOR 65TH STREET; APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$62196.00 FROM THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT CON-
STRUCTION FUND TO PROJECT 58 -65TH STREET;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to exercise for and on behalf of the City of
Little Rock, options for the purchase of the following identi-
fied parcels of real property for the purchase price set
opposite each parcel number, to be used as right -of -way in the
widening, paving and improving of 65th Street in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:

The full legal description of the property herein
identified by parcel number and the apparent ownership thereof
is now and shall remain on file in the office of the Real Estate
Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Improvement Construction Fund the sum of Six Thousand One
Hundred Ninety Six and N01100 Dollars ($6,196.00) to be used
for the purpose of acquisition of the hereinabove identified
parcels of real property. The City Manager and Director of
Finance are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary

warrant or warrants in payment of the purchase prices for
the parcels herein described, to the person or persons en-
titled thereto, according to the opinion of the City Attorney
so as to vest full legal title to said parcels in the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
