AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1571 - Described as Lots 15 and 16, Block 1,
Union Depot Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "C" -Two- family
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2161 - Described as a part of the Nb14 W-4
NW4, Section 12, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the NW4 N1,h NW4 of said Section 12,
thence west along the south line of the said NW'4 Nk NV-4 for 255 feet; thence
north 55 degrees 00 minutes west for 272.8 feet more or less, to the easterly
right -of -way line of Kanis Road; thence in a northerly and easterly direction
along the said easterly right -of -way line for 400 feet,more or less, to the
south line of a 130 foot wide storm drainage easement, said easement line
being the extension to the west of the south line of the 130 foot wide storm
drainage easement dedicated in Lot 4, Burk's Addition to the City of Little
Rock; thence in a southeasterly direction, along the said south drainage
easement line for 130 feet, more or less, to the east line of the said NW4
NW4 NW4; thence south, along the said east line for 300.1 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 2.20 acres, more or less, all in Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas. From: "PII -One- family District To: "I" -Light Industrial
District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
