AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$133,982.40 FROM THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND TO CERTAIN IDENTIFIED
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND PUR-
POSES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
Improvement Construction Fund the total sum of One Hundred Thirty
Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Two and 40 /100 Dollars ($133,982.40)
to be albcated and appropriated for the projects and the respective
amounts as hereinafter listed:
(A) Appraisal cost for park lands
(B) Project 57 -Third Street Curve
1. Hegberg property acquisition
2. Chronister property acquisition
3. Balance on general construction
contract
4. Sewer work and other miscellaneous
expenses

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
