AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$2102000.00 FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE
IN THE STREET FUND TO BE RESERVED FOR
THE PURPOSE OF ACQUISITION AND CON-
STRUCTION OF MATERIAL YARD PROPERTY
AND IMPROVEMENTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has
to the State of Arkansas certain real property
City of Little Rock for the sum of Two Hundred
N01100 Dollars ($210,000.00) which property wa
as a material yard; and
WHEREAS, the said sum of Two Hundred
heretofore sold
situated in the
Ten Thousand and
s used by the City
Ten Thousand and
N01100 Dollars ($210,000.00) was deposited to the Street Fund
Account of the City of Little Rock and needs to be appropriated
out of said Fund and reserved to defray the cost of acquisition of
land and construction of improvements thereon to be used as a
material yard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the un-
expended balance of the Street Fund the sum of Two Hundred den
Thousand and N01100 Dollars ($210,000.00) to a reserve account to
be used for the purpose of defraying the cost of land acquisition
and improvements to be used as a material yard for the City of
Little Rock. Provided, however, said funds shall not be expended
except upon directions of the Board of Directors.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
