AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSP6, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2100- Described as Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block
91 Marshall and Wolfe's Addition to the City of Little Rock. From: "C" -Two-
family District To: "E"- Apartment District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2144 - Described as Lot 5, Block 18, Cunningham's
Addition. from: 11811- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family District
Subsection (c) - Z -2135 - Described as Lots 1, 2, and 3. Block 1,
Ratteree's Forest Park Highlands Addition - From: "A"- One - family District To:
"E -1" Quiet Business District; Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 1,
Ratteree's Forest Park Highland's Addition, and Lots 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9,
in Block 2, Ratteree's Forest Park Highlands Addition in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas; and part of the V-2 SW4 NE 4 NV-4 described as beginning at a
point 25 feet west of the southeast corner of V-2 SW4 NV-4 NV-4 of said Section
36; thence west 140 feet; thence north 267 feet; thence east 140 feet; thence
south 267 feet to the point of beginning, LESS AND EXCEPT a tract 66.75 feet
north and south by 140 feet east and west described as beginning at a point
25 feet west and 133.5 feet north of the southeast corner of W2 SW4 NO-4 NE4
of said Section 36, thence west 140 feet; thence north 66.75 feet; thence east
140 feet; thence south 66.75 feet to the point of beginning - From: "A" -One-
family District To: "D "- Apartment District.
,Subsection (d) - Z -1605 - Described as a tract of land located
in the SE -4 SE 4 Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas consisting
of all of Lot 5 and part of Lot 3, Vinson's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, and a tract lying south of said Lot 3 and north of Base Line Road; more
particularly described as follows; commencing at the southeast corner of
Section 35, thence west 396.0 feet along the south line of Section 35; thence
North 00 degrees 23 minutes east 26.9 feet to the point of beginning on the
northerly right-of-way line of Base Line Road; thence west 198.0 feet along
said north right -of -way; thence North 00 degrees 23 minutes east 23.1 feet;
thence continue along said north right -of -way west 289.7 feet to its intersection

with the Missouri Pacific Railroad right -of -way; thence north 48 degrees 09
minutes east 391.0 feet along said railroad right -of -way; thence south 00 degrees

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
:Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
