AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING AND EMPLOYING
CLIFFORD W. O'KEY CITY MANAGER FOR THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Clifford W. O'Key is hereby employed
as City Manager of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, effective
December 11, 1967 at an annual salary of Twenty Three Thousand
Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($23,500.00). Said City Manager
shall have the authority, responsibilities and duties as is
provided by law and at the direction of the Board of Directors.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
