AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$135,870.00 FROM STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND
TO EAST WEST EXPRESSWAY, PROJECT 1, TO
COVER COST OF RETAINING WALLS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Street
Right -of Way Fund to Bast West Expressway, Project 1, the sum
of One Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy and
No /100 Dollars ($135,870.00) to be used for defraying the cost
of retaining walls heretofore authorized.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
