AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE NO. 11,685 AND SECTION 3 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 11,549 SAME BEING APPROPRI-
ATIONS OF FUNDS FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCES
IN GENERAL AND STREET FUNDS FOR CAPITAL IM-
PROVEMENTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That portion of Sectionlof Ordinance No.
11,685 which appropriated the sum of Twenty Five Thousand and
N01100 Dollars ($25,000.00) from unappropriated balances in the
General Fund in the year 1965 to be used for the purpose of
paying contractual obligations in connection with the repairs and
renovation of Third Street Bridge in Little Rock, Arkansas is
hereby repealed, the said appropriation voided and hereby trans-
ferred back to the General Fund of the City of Little Rock as
presently constituted for the year 1967.
SECTION 2. That portion of Section 3 of Ordinance No.
11,549 appropriating from the unappropriated balance in the Street
Fund for the year 1964 the sum of Fifty Thousand and N01100 Dollars
($50,000.00) for widening of the intersection of Markham and
University Avenues and the sum of Seventy Five Thouaaid and N01100
Dollars ($75,000.00) for the reconstruction of Third Street Bridge
and the sum of Twenty Thousand and NO 1100 Dollars ($20,000.00) for
the acquisition of land to be used for material yard are hereby
repealed, the said appropriations voided and hereby transferred back
to the General Fund of the City of Little Rock for the year 1967
as presently constituted.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
