AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 11,819 THE SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE YEAR 1967;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 11,819 same being
the Budget Ordinance for the City of Little Rock for the year 1967
which appropriated and reserved from the unappropriated balance
in the General Fund during the year 1967 the sum of Two hundred
Fifty Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($250,000.00) which sum was set
aside and reserved for capital improvements is hereby repealed and
the said appropriation is hereby transferred back to the unappropr-
iated balance of the General Fund for the year 1967 as now constituted.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
