AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$88,459.00 FROM THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PROJECT 92 - ZOO
IMPROVEMENTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has received the
sum of Eighty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Nine and N01100
Dollars ($88,459.00) from the Federal Government representing
matching funds in Phase I of Zoo Improvements and the Board of
Directors desires to appropriate said sum to Project 92 - Zoo
Improvements to cover construction costs of Phase II of said
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
Improvement Construction Fund the sum of Eighty Eight Thousand
Four Hundred Fifty Nine and N01100 Dollars ($88,459.00) to
Project 92 - Zoo Improvements to be used in the construction of
the fox and wolf display, zoo entrance, re- designing, fencing,
landscaping and parking.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
