AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2109 - Described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 11 and 12, Block 1, Fulton's Addition'- From: "D"- Apartment District
To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2074 - Described as Lots 16, 17, 18, Block
204, Original City - From: "D "- Apartment District To: "F "- Commercial
District.
Section 2. That the map referredto in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Nock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
