SECTION 15 -1 AND SUB - SECTION (b) OF SEC-
TION 15 -17.1 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK RESPECTIVELY
PERTAINING TO GARBAGE COLLECTION FEES AND
FEES FOR DUMPING MATERIALS AT THE CITY
OPERATED SANITARY LAND -FILL; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. Sub- section (a) of Section 15 -1 of the Code
n r- of Ordinances providing for garbage collection fees is hereby

amended to read as follows:

"(a)
The rate shall be One and 50/100 dollars ($1.50)
per mongh for each single residence or unit of
a multiple dwelling. This charge will be placed
on the water bill where they have individual
water meters excepting:

Commercial customers (so- called) will be charged

according to the time required to make the pick-
up, figured on a basis of twenty dollars per truck

SECTION 2. Sub - section (b) of Section 15 -17.1 of the

Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock providing for a fee

for dumping in
the sanitary land -fill operated by the City of
Little Rock is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"(b) The charges referred to in Sub - section (a) hereof
shall be as follows:
(1) For each truck load, or part of a load, for trucks
with a gross vehicle weight (for State licensing
purposes) of:
0 lbs. to 6,000 lbs. $0.50
6,001 lbs. through 12,000 lbs. $1.00
12,001 lbs. and above $2.00
(2) Semi - trailer- tractor units $2.50
(3) Any other vehicle None t'
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
