AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$30,999.76 FROM THE GENERAL FUND PORTION
OF THE 1966 RESERVE FOR CAPITAL EYPSNDITURES
PROVIDED FOR IN ORDINANCE NO. 11,820 TO BE
USED FOR PAMMT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF
A CRAMM TRACTOR WITH DOZZR PURCHASED FOR
THE SANITATION DEPARTMSN'P UNDER THE PROVISIONS
OF RESOLUTION NO. 3,814 ADOPTED AUGUST 7, 1967;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, TiiEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
general fund portion of the 1966 Reserve for Capital Expenditures
created by Ordinance loo. 11,820 the sun of Thirty Thousand Nine
Hundred Ninety Dine and 76 /100ths Dollars ($30,999.76) to be
used for paying the purchase price of a crawler tractor with
dozer attached for use by the Sanitation Department pursuant
to the authority of Resolution No. 3,814 adopted August 7, 1967.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
