AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z-2315 - described as Lots 79 89 9,
Block 179 Fultonts.Addition, from "E -1" Quiet Business District
to "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z-2309 - described as the south 77.5
feet of the north 155 feet of the east 232.5 feet and all of the
SE'k of Block 2, Plunkett's Subdivision of Forest Park Addition,
located in the N'!5 NE's NW's Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 13
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas EXCEPT the East 15 feet thereof
being used for street right -of -way, from "A" One - family District
to "C" Two - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2317 - described as the West 65
feet of NWk SEk SE'k SEA SW', of Section 6, Township 1 North, Range
12 West, from "B" Residence District to "E -1" Quiet Business
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
"District Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
