AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION CLASSIFICATION OF
"RECRUITER" PROVIDING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES THEREFOR;
AUTHORIZING SALARY FOR SAID POSITION; AMENDING IN PART
ORDINANCE NO. 10,881; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
SECTION 1. The position of Recruiter is hereby created to serve
the City of Little Rock in the area of personnel recruitment, among
other things. Specific duties and responsibilities of Recruiter shall

Commission and shall be performed at all times in complete cooperation

with the office of City Manager.

SECTION 2. Until changed by authority of the Board of
N. Directors the salary for the position of Recruiter shall be $650.00

amonthly.
SECTION 3. There is hereby authorized a transfer from the City
Manager's Salary Budget to the Civil Service Salary Budget, the sum of
$2,037.00.
SECTION 4. The position for Recruiter herein provided for
shall not have civil service status as is authorized by law.
SECTION 5. Ordinance No. 10,881 of the City of Little Rock,
same being the Position Classification Plan for the City of Little Rock,
is hereby amended to reflect the position of Recruiter as herein provided.
Further, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
